      Debra, the owner, is a professional fabricator and makes false promises

      Cons

      Debra and her lies . bangs on about the same tune her sad life her parents and inheritance that she invested and apprently we all count as employees . Which doesn’t seem to follow when she micromanages and chats so lies

      Pros

      A lovely, understanding management team who always do their utmost to assist in many areas. To be afforded a Perm WFH role is amazing for those who gravitate towards this. Pay isn't too bad as there is no commuting/fuel etc. The overall team are lovely too.

      Cons

      Sincerely can not find a 'Con' or downside to working here, as personally I have been and am happy

      Excellent progression within the workplace, Birthdays of work. Excellent Recognition within the workplace and hard work doesn't go unnoticed
