      Hay estabilidad, si tu proyecto se acaba tratan de colocarte en otro.

      Cons

      El salario es malo y no valoran a los empleados con muchos años de trabajar allí. Los aumentos que hacen son un chiste y si acaso son cada 2 años.

      Learn a lot, not micro-managment. Balance Life-work.

      Cons

      Very Low Salary for the position, you can change of account, but the salary is the same always, increments of salary are $40 at year, it´s a joke. It's difficult change of account, you can't get a better position.
