If you're not a fan of travel, or you have a hard time maintaining a good work life balance you may find this job challenging. There is always something more you can be doing or learning. I personally enjoyed these aspects of the job, but they are not for everyone.

I had the privilege of being part of the Novatech family as an accountant for a significant period, and I must say it was an enriching and fulfilling experience.
