Boys club - Not a place for diverse views - very old school thinking - Anonymous employee NovaSource Power Services Employee Review

no clear direction of what we're working towards lots of infighting with technology decisions - which result in loads of added process instead of solving real problems. all the execs and board (except the cheif legal officer) are middle-aged Caucasian men that doesn't have a good idea how to talk/relate to people of color. Not really an inclusive culture - they don't really like to listen to their employees but say they do. Hiring a lot in the Philippines which makes me worried that they'll 'offshore' my job. stay away if you're considering a job here.
