Nothing obvious that I experienced within an internship

-CEO/President and much of the leadership team are present, approachable, growth oriented, and focused on supporting their team members -Initiatives are heavily focused on the people/culture and innovation/continued growth of the company -Global impact from a small community and a collaborative, family-like organization -Great benefits including an entire week off at the end of the year on top of earned PTO and other holidays -Internal growth opportunities -Strengths based organization If you are adaptable, work at a fast pace, team oriented and are excited by change and the opportunity to make an impact, this is a great place to work.

-Communication has lacked over the years, however, there has been a lot of focus and improvement -Constant changes (often exciting and productive, but sometimes it feels like you don't know where the focus really is or that there's not time to really vet out an opportunity) -Availability of some team members can be really limited due to work loads -For those needing more clarity and direction in their roles, it could be a challenge work environment
