The company’s vision for this year has adapted quickly and realistically at the same time. The managers and coaches are flexible and make time for one on one training sessions or team workshops. It’s nice to have continuity and learn new skills. The training and mentorship really appealed to me. The incentives and positive work environment were a plus. I changed so much since I started and I can’t believe how far the training has gotten me. The main challenge I had to face when I started was self-confidence. My work revolves around customer care. The team was very supportive in the sense they offered to train with me and share skills. It’s nice to feel supported.

I really don't have any cons because people are solution-oriented every time an issue arises
