Pros

I've been working with Nova since February and I absolutely love it here, the people are really friendly, management team are amazing people to work with. We currently manage events for top clients in the Connecticut area and work with many different vendor to help expand our client list. The compensation is very reasonable and we are given opportunity to take full advantage of our clients different compensation package. I don't think I've ever worked somewhere I can excel while working with amazing people and making great money. I'm so glad I applied for this company and can't wait to see what's next.

Cons

Only con I see is we don't have room for a pool table that will be super cool to have for after work.

Pros

The culture is so great. I’ve only been training a few weeks but I’m working with a great team which are there every step of training. I’m developing great customer service and sales skills. When I started I didn’t have much experience but now I feel confident with my communication ability. Amazing trainers and the managers helped me understand every step from the gate.

Cons

Need more food challenges. Everyone loves free food.

Pros

Can now add “sales” experience to resume. Met some really nice people. Can make decent money but only if you’re willing to break rules.

Cons

All about deception. Entire interview process is a lie, from the actual position you’re applying for to wages, to hours. Only position ACTUALLY available is selling Xfinity cable/internet in a Walmart. You’re expected to be in the office around 8 am and sometimes head home as late as 9 pm, followed by never ending phone calls with “mentors” and “crew members” every minute you’re not in the office. Truly mentally and physically draining. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, don’t waste your time here.
