Pros
Good Location, convenient for journey , Flexible Timings and average salaries. Company is malayali management, Head quarters in Bangalore , kormangala. They will tell it is Level5 company, but it is 300 original emps strength and leve2.
Cons
Almost 10 + years experience Managers without knowledge update in almost all the departments. They will just survive only in NOUS since they are 10+ in same company. Very poor managers. They(Old managers) will appoint one dummy Lead to the project and listen what ever stories they tell. Even if lead shows the dog and tell the manager it is donkey, then manager also tell it is donkey with out proper observation, especially in Testing Dept.
