      Great management! Competitive working hours. You always get holidays off. Fairly easy work, but can be a lot sometimes. They're really great at working with people with kids when things come up!

      Very nice office. Understands work life balance

      Cons

      Owners and department heads completely ignore lower level employees. Walk in the halls and only acknowledge upper management. Department heads go MIA for weeks. Literally no contact. Technology from the 1990
