Pros
Work environment had days of deadlines and pressures, sure. But, my direct report boss was one of the best. Reasonable, helpful, flexible, a great person to know outside of work if we did become friends to that extent. This described several people I worked with here. Work culture was excellent overall, people generally real. Not the typical "corporate" and stuffy office.
Cons
I needed help, and as I decided to resign and go to a smaller company closer to home, they then started making the changes that may well have prevented my leaving. The drive was long and bad for my mental state, and the job itself could be too BIG for one person many times. However, these issues were never insurmountable, and I regret leaving, as my new job was terrible, and in a career first surprise, I lost my new to boot.
