      Pros

      Only pros were the people. I met a lot of great people during my few years there.

      Cons

      No job security. Priorities/focus changes weekly. Lack of training. Culture went significantly downhill with the current CEO. Layoffs in October 2033 impacted over 200 people with no reasons given. Poorly run company, stay away. Healthcare is very expensive. Base salary is lower than competitors.

      There are some bigger, more well known competitors that can be hard to overtake

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
