      Supportive and collaborative colleagues, clearer direction following the recent acquisition, hybrid work model with good flexibility, manageable workload and healthy work-life balance, new CEO bringing fresh strategy and focus

      Cons

      The company culture is still taking shape and can feel unclear at times. Opportunities for career advancement are limited, and clearer development paths would be beneficial.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
