Training is provided. Working equipment is provided.

Training is a very very slow process. Minimum hourly rate. Payment is not always on time or not paid in at all. Payslips are given when they feel like it. Not paid in for doing necessary work past 'working hours'. Lunch time is less than per working time act. and isn't paid.
I had no experience in sales, customer service or photography but the training staff and management really tried to help me as much as possible to develop my skills
Cons
I find sales difficult and it is a much needed skill in this industry
