**No focus on employee wellbeing **5 days back in office policy was rolled out poorly with our CEO telling us he is implementing this rule not based on data, but on a 'hunch'. This has lead to a mass exodus of top talent (mostly Women) in the London office. **As much as employees have tried to educate leadership on the importance of diversity and inclusion, there is zero interest from them. This has lead us to a psychologically unsafe culture, and a culture where we hire white men in their 20s over and over. **There are no women or people of colour on our leadership team or board. **People are let go often, with no comms to the company on why. This has created a culture of fear. Noone wants to speak up or stand up to leaders for fear of losing their own job. ** Our leaders don't connect with employees. ** We operate as a Chinese start up in the UK, adopting most of their policies and procedures around work, which is not fit for purpose here.
