Pros
Great company to learn the beginning of sales. Teaches you how to succeed and is very supportive on helping you succeed. there is no seniority in the company so it allows for you to get promoted quick. the pay is good as well as long as you sell.
Cons
You work long hours and only get paid if you are able to sell. It is business to business but it is still hard go and interrupt people in their place of work to sign them up with T-Mobile. You are paid good money but when your having to use your own car to drive 100 miles a day and get no per dem for your mileage or fuel it gets old quick.
