      Pros

      Management is beyond supportive and provides ample opportunities for professional development and advancement which is extremely important to me. Also, the flexible work-life balance is amazing here and something I won't ever foolishly take for granted. The CEO is the supporting glue that brings everyone together in making the workplace enjoyable and positive to be around! He is truly someone that I'm happy and proud to work for!
