This was a great organization to intern for. Everyone was really nice and genuine. Clearly passionate about their mission and just getting the work done, while providing a casual yet professional environment. Internship was unpaid but you may receive academic credit if you need it and they provide a travel stipend to get to their office.
Cons
None that I can think of.

Pros
Passionate people who are committed to the mission of stopping hate.
Cons
Poor and disorganized management. There is no structure in how the organization is run. Funds are extremely tight and people are disposable because of this. If you're looking for stability, beware. There is also a poor work/life balance and late hours. Not optimistic about the future of this place.
