Pros

Smart, capable people who genuinely care about doing good work. The company is growing, and there is real opportunity to shape how data, reporting, and analytics support decision-making. Leadership is open to ideas, and there is trust given to senior individual contributors. Exposure across Sales, Finance, Services, and Operations provides strong learning and impact potential.

Cons

The business is still maturing in terms of structure, prioritisation, and data foundations. Some processes and expectations are not always clearly defined, which can create ambiguity and rework. Tooling and data ownership across systems could be better aligned to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

Pros

I struggle to think of a single positive aspect

Cons

Poor pay (well below industry standard), Management are extremely toxic, especially at the highest level. Expected to work extremely hard for low pay. No real opportunity for progression. Told recently that they have no intention of paying competitively, do not want to retain staff and that they prefer to recruit. The recruitment budget they deduct from your salary is not yours - they control how it is used, you have to pay them back if you leave the company, and they only pay for each exam once. Whether you are new to the industry or a veteran - this is bad place. Companies they buy have half their staff leave within a year, selling to them is a betrayl of your staff.
