Pros

Good first position when working in I.T.. Will help you add a couple of lines to your C.V.. Other technical staff are great to work with and will always help you out. Very pretty new office.

Cons

If you show any aptitude they will try to get you to expand your responsibilities with no change to contract or compensation. Few opportunities to progress within the technical departments. The org chart narrows sharply above level 2. Management is willfully ignorant of skill to salary ratio in the current labour market. Left this job for a massive increase to do LESS of the same work. Massive "brain-drain" recently with multiple senior technical staff moving on to better things.

Thank you for your positive comments and the pro's you called out above, we really appreciate it as it helps us to grow. Our records show that we haven't had any leavers with a tenure of more than 5 years, which adds some confusion as to the legitimacy of this review. Notwithstanding that, we are happy to respond to the points raised. We have promoted 35 people internally this year. All packages are benchmarked against industry standards. We have an average ratio of 1 to 8 per manager. 90 new employees joined Nostra in 2022 alone and our new team members further enhance the amazing team we already have. We respect people come and go to align with their own career aspirations, we are very happy that everyone who leaves Nostra will leave as more skilled person than when they joined and we celebrate the growth of our team both professionally and personally. Our growth strategy is both through organic growth and through acquistions and we are very proud of our new state of the art office which was designed to create a world class working environment for our ever growing team.

Pros

Smart, capable people who genuinely care about doing good work. The company is growing, and there is real opportunity to shape how data, reporting, and analytics support decision-making. Leadership is open to ideas, and there is trust given to senior individual contributors. Exposure across Sales, Finance, Services, and Operations provides strong learning and impact potential.

Cons

The business is still maturing in terms of structure, prioritisation, and data foundations. Some processes and expectations are not always clearly defined, which can create ambiguity and rework. Tooling and data ownership across systems could be better aligned to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

Pros

I struggle to think of a single positive aspect

Cons

Poor pay (well below industry standard), Management are extremely toxic, especially at the highest level. Expected to work extremely hard for low pay. No real opportunity for progression. Told recently that they have no intention of paying competitively, do not want to retain staff and that they prefer to recruit. The recruitment budget they deduct from your salary is not yours - they control how it is used, you have to pay them back if you leave the company, and they only pay for each exam once. Whether you are new to the industry or a veteran - this is bad place. Companies they buy have half their staff leave within a year, selling to them is a betrayl of your staff.
