      Five day work week, ultimate overtime when offered, optional overtime on almost every saturday, easy work once you get the hang of it, shift differential pay. can make more by learning how to fix the machines.

      Cons

      very repetitive work, sometimes forced to work 9s, starting pay is low for the area, often work in silence no headphones or music allowed.
