We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at Nosco , but we appreciate the feedback. We have certainly undergone some recent changes at Nosco and are very excited about the future. Two of our most recent changes are the acquisition of Knight Packaging Group, Inc., and Gooding Company, Inc. These outstanding organizations and their committed employees are a welcome addition to the team. Our employee owners are really what make us special. We have many skilled senior employees in positions of management as well as highly skilled manufacturing positions. Over 40% of or workforce has been with Nosco for over 10 years and 17% have been with Nosco for over 20 years! Employee feedback is important to us which is why we conduct all employee surveys every 2 years. Our survey results and the follow up meetings that we conduct to review those results enable us to focus on areas that need improvement. Our most recent survey, taken in early January 2017, revealed several areas that we are currently focusing on improving as well as areas that we scored significantly better on than we did in the 2015 survey.
