Pros
Norwest Venture Partners is truly a wonderful place to work. The three managing partners are a rare combination of compassionate, ethical, and experienced investment experts. It's very interesting to watch on a day-to-day level and I very much appreciate how they model and live by their ethics.
Cons
The physical location is a little rundown. Some areas can be seen as old school. Need to focus more on how we stack up compared to other VC firms and how to stay competitive on all fronts.
