Pros
Family environment, flexible work/life balance, multi-hat environment, pretty location, newer equipment in facility, nice lunch/break room, clean work environment, fun challenges (i.e fishing competition).
Cons
Silos/clicks, staff ignore communications to avoid addressing issues, when people are out backups are almost non existent, company direction not clearly defined, accountability is not pushed, not much room for growth, and staffing and retention is a challenge.
