Decent pay and fairly good projects.

Cons

No field support. Constantly sent out into the field lacking crucial information. Constantly underbudgeted projects. Unreal expectations of employees and no future- no prospect for upward progress. Narrow minded views akin to 1950’s style management. I couldn’t get a corporate credit card and was expected to use My own to rent cars and etc. general caustic working environment.
