      Pros

      President is awesome, friendly and approachable for all levels. Family run company, cares about employees, profit sharing, and year end bonus, casual and friendly environment.

      Cons

      lower pay levels based on other technology companies, communication between departments can be a challenge, benefits could be better, no formal yearly review process.
