Pros

Most headline grabbing company in Sweden so people know where you work for

Cons

1 - A Deeply Flawed Organization with Misguided Priorities The company’s obsession with English proficiency far outweighs the value placed on actual, substantive experience. Twenty years of expertise in leading battery manufacturing firms are rendered insignificant if one is not a master of smooth-talking. Promotions are reserved for those who excel in rhetoric, irrespective of their actual knowledge or competence. In the environment that no one knows about what to do or how to do, people who mastered a skill of pretending knowing something excel from top to bottom. 2 - All managers are astonishingly immature, possessing neither the background nor the understanding necessary for success in the battery manufacturing industry. Despite this glaring deficiency, they persist in hiring individuals from the automotive sector who are equally clueless about the intricacies of battery production. The fundamental truth that batteries are a vastly different entity from vehicles remains lost on them. 3 - The CEO’s hiring practices are erratic and capricious, placing the wrong people in critical engineering positions without any regard for their actual suitability or competence. Experience at Tesla and closeness to him, regardless of its relevance, seems to be the only qualification that matters, leading to the appointment of individuals utterly unfit for the roles they are given. 4 - Recent college graduates who joined the company as their first career are inexplicably thrust into managerial roles , where they proceed to mishandle critical aspects like factory layout, people management, etc. This lack of experience and foresight has led to catastrophic outcomes. No one has ever worked in nor seen the fully operating battery factory and they built the patch work factories and now want to fix it. It's a joke. 5 - The company lacks any semblance of an objective performance evaluation system, resulting in the promotion of entirely unsuitable individuals while competent employees are overlooked. 6 - The Human Resources department is a disaster, plagued by incompetence and a complete inability to address the issues that are crippling the organization.
