The leadership team loves Jesus wholeheartedly. They care about their employees and their congregants well. They want their congregation to know their Bible and are very intentional about how that’s done.

Nothing to say. I genuinely love working at Northview.

Large budgets, very little oversight, zero accountability for leadership. You can do whatever you want as long as you dress it up in churchy language.

I have never met a leadership team of people who operate less like Christ in the way they operate a business. Radically poor benefits, sky high expectations. They will over promise and under deliver, in the most creative of ways.
