During your HR orientation, they talk about mentoring programs, a culture designed to keep employees for their careers. None of it happened for me. I asked about it. Nothing. This was my first foray into healthcare systems. Culture embraces lack of professionalism. Email go without responses. Calls go unanswered. If you come from a business background and assume professional courtesy, be wary.
