Discount in the cafeteria. Retirement pension.
Cons
Management is terrible, only interested in the people who follow blindly. Knowledge and experience not rewarded. Not willing to give the resources to do the job properly. Extreme micromanaging and very cliquish. Benefits mediocre and You have to use your PTO for holidays even if you work a normal work week and your department is closed. Degrees over experience. Does not acknowledge or reward going the extra mile.
