Pros
This is a solid company that treats employees very fairly. All financial and business performance information is shared with the entire staff. Honest leadership, fun place to work, good people. The benefits are pretty solid.
Cons
This is a consulting firm and as with all consulting firms the focus is on billable hours. If you aren't comfortable with meeting certain performance and billability objectives then you shouldn't work at Northridge. The company has a 401K but doesn't currently have a matching program which would be nice to see.
