Pros
Well paid, fun environment, little to no unhealthy pressure, well balanced team, and most people get along well!
Cons
Some of the downsides were that there was a lack in communication. You never really knew what was happening, meaning, what was really happening, the decision making process was hindered by continuous meetings.
