Toxic culture, no processes in place and there are no limitations on what will be put on your plate. Everybody is overworked! Gets extremely political in the office, and the sales team is SUPER cliquey. If the sales team doesn't like you, it's a big problem and your job won't be safe because leadership only cares about the sales team and will only invest their money and resources into the sales and marketing team because all they care about is revenue, nothing else. Leadership doesn't take advice from management. There is so much potential to be a good company if they established good strong processes and listened to management and cared to invest in other departments. The CEO is a joke. His Daddy is an investor in the company and also owns the office building so he forces everyone to be in the office. He pretends to care about his employees, but he really doesn't. Hes buddy buddy with the Director of Sales and will only listen and take advice from him.
