Pros
What I like the most is a possibility to experiment with ideas. Additionally, people at Northpass do their best to think Agile (as a company). We evaluate what we do on daily basis and it happened a few times that we changed the direction based on feedback/observations. Keep it up! I appreciate that I can share my thoughts, or make a mistake and it is welcomed as soon as there is a lesson learned. I enjoy all the online events to keep people integrated across offices/homes, especially during the COVID. Also, the support (technical and mental) when it comes to working from home. Especially when someone has a family. Family comes first. I like that.
Cons
Northpass seems to be an advocate of transparent communication and feedback culture. People are trying different ways to learn how to give feedback (thanks for that!) and yet, I do not see many people doing it on a daily basis. I wish to see it more.
