Cons
Severely underpaid; every specialist is labeled the exact same so they can justify paying so little on paper. Most employees commute from smaller towns because they can't afford to live in the city. Huge on micromanaging. Management is not transparent and says everything you want to hear during quarterly meetings but never follows through. You won't get a bonus or a raise if the company located in another country is over extending themselves (which they do almost every year).
