HR department, lack of concern for employees, pay is horrible, management sucks, as long as they pull in a few referrals and make the bank money they are not penalized for wrong doings or improper work ethic, you are completely disposable and they will get rid of you in a heartbeat, understaffed and no one seems to care, constantly have to do way more than your required work load and are not compensated for it, the list goes on and on.
