      money, amount of people you meet, the surrounding area waiting for exploration, road trip to the Arctic Ocean

      Cons

      98% of upper management are not worth knowing, most things that come out of their mouths is BS, don't work to hard for them because in the end it will be rewarded with you being replaced for someone they pay less for. If you want to work and live in the Yukon, avoid working for NVD.

      Extreme micro-management so much so that employees can be afraid to even request or use tape. Non competitive pay
