Toxic family dynamics. If you're not blood related or best buddies with management, you're on the radar for firing at all times. Salary freeze notice was given in October 2024 and unequal pay exists. I was given weekend differential as a brand new employee and employees of 15 years or more didn't get it. Management believes that people don't want want to work, which has actually been said by management to a customer. Underpaid severely over worked. Management expects bottom rung non management employees to train new workers instead of doing it themselves as in their job description. You're expected to compromise your ethics by lying to patients and tell them a medication is on back order if the company doesn't make money. Their own #1 rule is never say no unless it's illegal or unethical. There's no room for growth in the company because the favorite people don't leave EVER!
