Pros
Some internal staff is very supportive and help with issues if they can but that is a PRO if they are still there.
Cons
What I have noticed is that upper management is "aware" of alarming situations but when approached they play the " I was unaware" card and state that they will address it but never do. If there is an internal issue happening, it is resolved poorly. The training there is very minamal as there is no sturdy staff set in place, it's a revolving door. From the looks of the department's, it looks like everyone there feels over worked and stressed out with the expectations set as they are next to impossible to meet. I can go into much details of the cons, but I will choose not to as it would be pointless anyways. Those who work here will experience the cons as the days go by. I recommend that if anyone is looking at this place for a job, look for an alternative. Although it may look suitable upon hire, the cons will slowly be revealed and you will have already wasted more time the you should.
