Pros
Young and energetic company. Came here from a large corporation and this atmosphere is much better. I get the see my work and efforts contribute to the various department goals in real time. Projects are always on the go and being a smaller company we do not have the same corporate politics found in larger corporations. If an idea is good it is approved - no delays. The company outlook is also refreshing. There products and solutions are all moving towards safety and energy effective products - nice to know we are somehow saving the planet and not polluting it. Management also is hands on and always available to help. Owners are directly involved in departments and the staff feel like family.
Cons
Nothing really negative in my personal opinion. They just moved locations to a better area with more food options nearby. This used to be a drawback until last year. There is always work and new projects to do (makes the day fly by though) so may not be for everyone.
