      Pros

      Half decent pay, good benefits, coworkers were the best I've ever had

      Cons

      Management, leadership skills, turnover, lack of consistency, no written policies or procedures. They "manage you out" when they no longer like you. They set the bar high and document when you don't hit the mark so they have a lawful way to terminate you OR make you so miserable that you leave on your own. RUN. Run fast. Run far.

      Pros

      Great culture, very supportive coworkers, love the community out reach, pay is great, management is awesome, very accommodating of work/home life balance. I 100% will stay here and retire from here when the time comes. I've worked at other financial institutions and this is the first one that I'm 100% proud of who I work for, and what I do.

      Cons

      If you don't fit into the culture here you'll hate it, it's not for everyone, but that's kinda a good thing.

      Truly hated every single second.

      Cons

      There were no pros to working here. Leadership was awful and nepotism was rampant.
