      Pros

      The work we do is extremely rewarding. The employees are great and we all work together and have fun during the day. My coworkers are the best part of my day.

      Cons

      Micromanagement; employees are treated poorly, nickle and dimed for everything (for example, salaried employees are not paid for any holidays that might occur during their first 90 days).There are cameras all over the office and raises are infrequent
