      Flexible lunch breaks and understanding of going to doctors appointments

      Cons

      Manipulative and unequal work environment. Certain people can do whatever they want, others get walked all over . No real room for substantial growth within the company either.

      Pros

      Although Northern has a lot of employees only a fraction are office employees. Co workers were very nice and management took steps to ensure employees were happy.

      Cons

      Being that it is a smaller company, there is limited growth opportunities when compared to larger organizations.
