      You'll be trusted to do your job - absolutely no micromanaging. You'll be part of an incredibly talented, high-performing team. There's a flat structure - everyone's voices are heard and respected. It's a truly global team, with a fully remote, highly inclusive culture. Work wherever and whenever you like.

      Cons

      Being fully remote, the job can sometimes feel isolating. If you're not self-motivated, it's not the place for you - there are no 'extra incentives' to achieve, and no one chasing you or reminding you of what's needed and well.

      Pros

      Surrounded by smart 3 Dimensional people without ego's all working to a common goal of delivering the best products we possibly can. Definitely not a blame culture with all staff prepared to help each other for the best outcomes.

      Cons

      Minimal structure so you will have to motivate yourself and be able to plan your day properly. Fully remote though there are Group offices around the world that you can take advantage of including lovely offices on 12th Floor of SalesForce tower.

      Friendly, talented colleagues. The work is interesting and productive.

      Cons

      Very male-dominated on the technical side of things. Probably more of a symptom of the market.
