      Top students, especially in STEM, are truly excellent and motivated. Lots of Global Experience opportunities.

      Tuition costs are very high. Food insecurity definitely exists among student population

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

      Cons

      Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
