Pros

- Ample paid time off - Some ok benefits, but medical/dental is pricey compared to other companies - Nice people at heart, just very bad at leading and managing teams

Cons

- Very low morale within the Marketing team specifically, due to extremely poor leadership - Poor leadership all-around; management styles are totally ineffective - Communication is almost non-existent, causing all sorts of problems - Very unorganized, with little planning or rationale behind decision making - Top-down culture, where non-management-level employees have zero say around issues that directly affect them - There is a major culture of fear when it comes to dealing with President Aoun, who is heavily involved in design projects and has a tremendously difficult personality - Projects never get completed, because upper management is constantly changing their minds and has no planning strategy - Micromanagement of creative, with a fear-based approval process for creative that leads to miscommunication and double or tripe the work - If President Aoun or Senior Leadership request an unreasonable and arbitrary deadline for something, you'll be asked to work late hours indefinitely until the project is completed (which based on the above points, could be never) - Located in an unappealing part of Boston

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

Cons

Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
