      Pros

      Benefits are great, flexible schedules, lots of time off.

      Cons

      poor communication, extremely poor leadership in most top level areas. Raises never match cost of living adjustment Can end up with workloads meant for 2 or more people all to yourself. Next to no room for growth.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great and kind staff to work with. My team is wonderful

      Cons

      Salary not competing with inflation and is not competitive especially for the Boston area. On my salary I cannot afford to live close to my work. The "merit" increases this year were laughable - not competing with inflation nor cost of living.
