Management treats you poorly. Administration is focused on the bottom line and does not make decisions for the welfare of clients or employees. I've seen coworkers with poor boundaries burn out and some even leave the industry altogether. Sadly, this is typical of agencies I've worked with. This is why I went into private practice sooner than I might have otherwise. The pay was poor.
