They need to maintain employee’s work life balance.

1) You can learn a LOT, if you want to. 2) Recently got acquired by a large and reputable company 3) Good client-facing experience 4) Unlimited PTO 5) Very lean operation, not a lot of non-billable folks. I personally like it, but it is not for everyone.

1) Most employees are in India, so you might be the only Product guy/gal in the Boston office. 2) Product strategy might be heavily influenced by clients and not the Product team 2) 401k is not a straight match 3) comp is below market by about 10k-15k
