When joining a startup there is always a larger risk but that comes with a larger reward. Our leaders do everything they can to mitigate and de-risk roadblocks, challenges, and anything else that may arise in our space. Unfortunately, some things are out of our control and our leadership team tries their very best to respond to it in the best way they can that allows us to continue helping our customers financially succeed.
We're surprised to read that you felt the engineering team didn't have enough shared knowledge across the organization. Internally, our product and engineering teams meet weekly to discuss our roadmap and project progress, and our company meets monthly to share and recognize the value our team members are creating for our customers. We create these events as a way for our teams to stay up to date on new features and projects that are happening company-wide. We'd love to hear more about your experience.
