Pros

Remote work Innovative ideas and eager team members Decent pay and benefits

Cons

Extreme bro culture Diversity is not a current initiative - lacking POC, women, and diverse hires Will prioritize the client over you 100% of the time - A former colleague no call no showed for about 2 weeks and prior to that missed multiple meetings that they were supposed to lead and they were given more leniency regarding their performance than I when I have been clearly communicating multiple health issues, a stay in the hospital, care taking for a terminal family member, and going through the probate process. If you have any issues in your personal life, they will express that they support you but their actions will show that you're unwelcome unless you're able to execute and prioritize the job over anything personal Leadership needs reorganizing - I reported a coworker who was actively interfering in my work and sabotaging my work ( expressing extreme need and help and requesting handholding whilst taking over my client communications, taking credit for my activations and service provided, looping me out of client communications, sending out my individual calendar instead of our team calendar for meetings, etc) and when I reported to management the feedback I received was "We will definitely talk with them about this" The "office" politics overshadows the potential of this place There are too many third party apps that they use to keep their process running and those apps interfere with the ability to efficiently communicate - for example the communication channels used to serve clients are via tickets, emails (which are all grouped into one app so everyone has access to everyones emails), slack chat channels, and meetings. This makes it incredibly inefficient to communicate on a timely manner because you may be working through an email or ticket whilst getting looped into a last minute meeting and therefore dropping the ball somewhere and you will be held responsible for it. It's operationally messy and expectations were not made clear until there was already an issue. If you have anything at all going on in your life outside of your job that requires your attention - especially related to medical issues - stay away from here as they will claim to support you but will not work with you to accommodate your circumstances

Pros

Fast-paced environment with smart people who work hard. You get real ownership, can have your fingerprints on important projects, and see your work ship quickly without layers of red tape. Strong product-market fit, and a high bar with room to grow.

Cons

Because it’s a startup, priorities can shift quickly and direction is sometimes vague, since we have to move fast toward wherever the biggest opportunity is. That can be exciting if you like ambiguity and building the plane while flying it, but frustrating if you prefer very stable roadmaps and long-term planning.

Pros

Company is growing fast and there is a lot of latitude to make what you want out of our your role and lean into your skills. A lot of freedom to own certain areas and try new things. Not a lot of middle management means flexibility

Cons

Leaning into AI extremely heavily as caused some skepticism on where AI is at versus what we'd like it do.
